Femlead works with children and young ladies in India taking them on a journey from Childhood to Livelihood and out of poverty.

By enabling children and young ladies to complete secondary education, delay their age at marriage, and attain the skills needed for a stable job, Femlead helps to break the cycle of poverty for them and their future generations.

In the current year, 400,000 children are on this journey of moving out of poverty in 22 states and 80 districts of India.

Femlead has trained 8,000 young leaders from the community to mentor and deliver the activity-based sessions to children across 930 schools. Over 30,000 young people have been trained and placed in jobs at our 42 Livelihood centers across India.
